How it works
​
Phase 1: RECONNECT - Build your foundation from the inside out
Lifting can feel scary, and there's a reason for that. When your body hasn't been properly prepared, it is. Safe and effective lifting requires core stability and mobility. We build that foundation first, developing the core connection your body needs before you ever touch a weight. Most programs skip this step entirely. We don't, because this is what makes everything else possible.

Phase 2: RELEARN - Move the way your body was designed to
Most people have been moving with compensations for years without knowing it. The way you move matters, and the details make all the difference. We dive deep into the 6 essential movement patterns, breaking down the mechanics so you know exactly what each movement should feel like in your body. You'll learn to trust what you feel instead of second guessing yourself.

Phase 3: REBUILD - Build strength
As your movement improves, we add weight. You'll learn how to progress safely, what it feels like to challenge yourself, and how to continue building strength on your own. Mastering movement takes time - this program gives you the foundation and the tools to keep developing long after we're done.
