Lifelong learning and maintaining a growth mindset are very important to me. I love learning new things and sharing what I’ve learned with those around me. These attributes help me to maintain an opened minded approach to all things, health and fitness included.

As a trainer, I regularly seek out new information to build on my knowledge base and challenge the way I think. I hold a very high standard when working with clients and strive to provide an evidence based, educational and individualised fitness experience – one size definitely does not fit all.
