Small Group Class
Service Description
This class offers a well-rounded mix of strength, mobility, and conditioning - in a circuit style routine. We will hit all the good stuff that helps you build the foundation for feeling strong and capable in your body. Here's what makes this class different: -Every workout is adjusted to fit you - your movement patterns, fitness level, injury history, and any limitations you might have -Your progress is tracked weekly to ensure you move forward with purpose -With a maximum of 5 spots per class, you will receive the close coaching and support you would expect from 1:1 training, with the added motivation of a small, like-minded group

24 hours notice is required to cancel a class. Failure to give adequate notice will result in a loss of the class fee.
