Hi Fitness Friends! Welcome to the Level One Strength Program through Forward Motion Strength & Conditioning. This Program focuses on the fundamentals of strength through three workouts per week. Every day is led completely through videos and written programming, with weekly live events tailored to the needs and questions of all participants. Additionally, every participant will connect with Michelle once per month over Zoom for a completely personalized experience.
